Sports injuries or niggles are a fact of life when we are active, whether we are a weekend warrior or pushing at the top of your game.
There is no need to see a doctor first after a sporting injury, our Physiotherapists are trained to look for things like fractures, major muscle tears and dislocations and will ensure that they are referred for the appropriate management if required.
Our staff are experts in both assessment and management of sporting injuries. Your injury will be assessed, diagnosed and treatment started at your first appointment. Treatment options will be discussed with you prior to commencement.
If your therapist suspects that your injury is more major and requires further investigation or specialised treatment, they may refer you for an x-ray or ultrasound and to an orthopaedic specialist.
