Proactive presents Fitness on the Run, a series of quick and easy exercises to keep your body tuned and toned. Hosted by Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) fighter Gentiane Lupi, each exercise is intended for you to be able to complete it whilst on the go. You’ll not view exercises in the same way again!

Foam Rollers

Keep those sports injuries in check by using your foam roller to massage muscles and reduce tightness. Stretch out and loosen those trigger points and you’ll reduce the chance of injury and your body will thank you for it. We all lead busy lives, and the great thing is that these exercises can be done on the run; at work, in front of the telly, or taking a rest break during a long road trip.  Give it a go!
