This newly created role will be a little different to the norm. We’re small enough that you’ll get to know the business intimately, and will have a much wider scope than your usual recruiter remit – so you’ll have the ability to make a big impact through your work. You’ll work closely with your candidates and hiring managers, often hiring from offshore which requires additional attraction, then settlement activities. You’ll be involved with every part of the recruitment process including advertising, interviewing, reference checking, offers and negotiations. Social media will be your new best mate.
As a small, tight knit HR team, we all pitch in where needed so you’ll also contribute to the wider HR activities from time to time.
Who are we looking for?
- Experience in a Recruitment/HR Administrator or Advisory role.
- Positive, naturally inquisitive and builds relationships with ease.
- Some social media/branding/marketing savvy and interest.
- Keen to learn and grow with our company, with a continuous improvement mentality
- Experience in the health industry would be a bonus!
