Proactive is a passionate company in the business of Wellbeing.

We use the Four Corners of Health™ to deliver a truly holistic approach to Transformative Rehabilitation. This identifies and delivers the best pathway to Wellbeing tailored specifically to our clients so they enjoy the freedom to participate fully and live successfully.

We are seeking Occupational Therapists, Occupational Physiotherapists and Physiotherapists to join our Tauranga team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing a caseload of clients providing clinical guidance and support
  • Conducting assessments
  • Planning bespoke programmes and deliver education for clients and families
  • Liaise with ACC and other funders to develop client focused solutions
  • Liaise with employers, schools and other organisations to engage and develop client focused solutions to help clients achieve goals.

Applicants must have current NZ registration and it is preferable that they have at least 2 years post graduate experience in providing assessment and rehabilitation.

A successful applicant will be friendly and forward thinking, with exceptional listening skills. Client-centric, we encourage our OT’s, Occupational Physios and Physio’s to demand results and ensure our service is tailored to the needs of the person we are helping.

This position will give you the opportunity to provide clinical services in a rehabilitation setting, supported by a team of dedicated professionals.

Proactive welcomes applications from all levels of experience. We have great support systems for less experienced clinicians and opportunities for experienced clinicians to both practice and contribute to the development of other team members.
