We’re not your average “human conveyor belt” type clinic, treating clients with “cookie cutter” methods. We have a unique Four Corners of Health model, and we pride ourselves on providing holistic, tailored treatment services that garner transformational results.
Our recently refurbished clinic has it’s own gym and great treatment areas with lots of space. Being a smaller town, we enjoy close relationships between clients and providers, GP’s and specialists.
In this community based role you’ll be managing a caseload of clients and providing clinical guidance and support, conducting assessments and planning bespoke programmes for clients. You’ll be educating clients and families as well as working closely with ACC, employers, schools and other organisations to engage and develop client focused solutions to help clients achieve goals. We work across a range of ACC contracts including training for Independence, Social Rehab Needs Assessments, Pain Management and Vocational Rehab.
Who are we looking for?
- We’re seeking a qualified OT, with at least a couple of years experience
- You’ll have an an interest in providing Community based Assessment or Rehabilitation and Vocational Rehabilitation services for a range of injuries and disabilities.
- Attitude is everything! We’re after a real team player, one who does not take a cookie cutter approach, and always puts their clients at the center of everything they do.
If you’re looking for an employer with a modern, cutting edge approach to Holistic Rehab, one who takes your professional development seriously, and will provide you with a really supportive, collaborative multidisciplinary team, then this is the role you’ve been looking for!
